CAN I ORDER BY PHONE OR FAX?

Absolutely! Please give us a call at 800.520.1288 and any of our customer care representatives will assist you. You may also fax your order 24 hours a day by printing an order form and faxing it to 800.520.1288. You may also place an order by mail using this order form. Please mail the form along with your method of payment to New Orders Department, Is This Seat Saved, PO Box 933, Elkhorn, NE 68022.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We will also accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders.

HOW DO I PAY BY PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?

If you would like to pay by check, money order or cashiers check, just print out an order form and mail it to us along with your payment. Be sure to enter the correct item codes & options. Your payment can be mailed to the following address: New Orders Department, Is This Seat Saved, PO Box 933, Elkhorn, NE 68022. In the case of a personal check, once the check has cleared your bank, your order will be placed and shipped right away.

IS THERE A WAY TO TOUCH UP THE FINISH ON MY FURNITURE?

Touch up crayons and markers are available at local hardware and home improvement stores in a variety of color packs. These types of crayons and markers that are made especially for furniture work well in touching up most flaws.

DO YOU HAVE AN OFFLINE STORE?

We do not have a physical store front. Selling online is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores.

WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?

Is This Seat Saved makes every effort to provide high quality images that accurately show the finish and colors of each piece we carry; however colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video cards, and printing differences. We provide measurements to assist you in selecting your furniture, however sometimes measurements are rounded off and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. When ordering, make sure to always measure the space you are placing the furniture. If an item will not fit through the door, it is considered a return. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order, we suggest contacting us by phone or e-mail in order that we may further assist you. And, as always, let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your needs.
